Frequently Asked Questions 

Appointment Deposit Policy - Please be aware as of April 30th, 2022, we now require a $50 deposit for your appointment to be booked into the calendar. This is a non-refundable deposit. If you cancel/reschedule within 24 hours of appointment a new deposit will be required to book a new appointment. The deposit is NOT an extra fee it goes towards the balance of services.

Why do you require a deposit?

Unfortunately, this policy was implemented due to an influx in last minute cancellations and no call/no shows for appointments. This shows us you are serious about using our services and after the deposit is made, we book time out of our schedule to service your vehicle. Thank you for your understanding.

Where are you located?

We are based out of Brockville & Prescott. We are equipped and 100% mobile meaning we come to you right at your location (work, home, apartment). We do require a sufficient, and safe environment to work around the vehicle. For some services it will be required to drop the vehicle off to us.

What areas do you service?

We service Brockville, Prescott, Front of Yonge, Gananoque, Kemptville, Smith Falls, and Kingston areas. Travel fees vary based on location

Is there a travel fee?

Yes, we do charge a mobile fee.

Are you by appointment only?

Yes, we are by appointment only although there are sometimes special circumstances where we can accommodate same day service depending on your location and services required.

How do you accept payment?

We accept cash or card however we do not accept money orders or cheques.
